Crow Pose (Bakasana)

I thought I would say goodnight with some elephants in crow pose. They are quite graceful, yes?

This is an arm balance that strengthens your wrists, forearms and abdomen. It’s a ton of fun to play with and fall out of. Eventually, you can transition from this pose into tripod and then into headstand.
